Volunteer Information: The volunteers at Providence Little Company of Mary Torrance make up a core group of individuals that are vital in helping us carry out our mission and commitment to serving our patients and community. Altogether we have over 800 volunteers including adults and high school students. Whether our volunteers are working in the gift shop, information desk, recovery room, or delivering flowers - helping others in their healing process is a very satisfying and inspiring experience. . Volunteer Programs: High School Volunteer Program; Adult Volunteer Program
Volunteer Placements/Services: Provide information and directions to visitors, patients and staff; Greet visitors and escort patients; Serve in our surgery and recovery areas; Deliver flowers and mail to patients; Assist customers in the Auxiliary Gift Shop and Thrift Shop; Support Public Safety officers; Perform general office duties; Help staff with special projects
