Volunteer Placements/Services: Cardiac Rehab; Case Management; Craft Cart; Credit & Collection; Day Surgery; Dietary; Special Projects; Storeroom; Nursing Unit Aides; Security; Environmental Services; Human Resources; Imaging/Transport; Occupational Health Service; Volunteer Patient Care Liaisons; Information Desk; Laundry; Nutrition & Food Services; Respiratory Care; Patient Registration; Wound Management Services; Off-site Sturdy Memorial Associates practices; Volunteer Office & Workroom
Application Process: To be considered for volunteer service you will be required to: Complete an application; Have a personal interview with either the Director of Volunteer and Student services or the Coordinator of Volunteer and Student Services; Sign a statement of confidentiality; Agree to have a Criminal Background Check (CORI Check) done if 18 years of age or older; Attend a hospital orientation; Be tested annually for Tuberculosis unless you have tested positive in the past; Furnish proof of MMR (measles, mumps, rubella) immunization, Varicella (Chicken Pox) and Tdap - tetanus.
