They do everything from helping in the Emergency Department to guiding tours at our annual Baby Fair. Application Process: Must be at least 15 years old for volunteer service; Complete an “Application for Volunteer Serviceâ€; Interview with Volunteer Services Manager; Sign a Confidentiality and Commitment Agreement; Complete tuberculosis (PPD) test initially and annually thereafter; Complete drug screening; Complete fingerprints and background check; Complete on-the-job training with an existing volunteer; Annual Performance Evaluation; Commit to a minimum 100-hours of volunteer service per year (Schedules typically consist of a 4-hour shift one day a week
