Application Process: All Volunteers are required to have a completed Volunteer Application Form on file. Volunteer applicants will also need to show proof of the following before beginning work: Current TB test (less than a year old); MMR (measles, mumps and rubella) immunizations; Current influenza vaccination; Hepatitis B immunization(s) if volunteering for a position in the laboratory or dental area
