Volunteer Information: A Northside Hospital-Forsyth ('NSF') Volunteer is a member of a team of individuals who serve without salary under staff supervision and direction.All Northside Hospital-Forsyth Volunteers are required to be members of the Auxiliary, attend an initial orientation, purchase a volunteer uniform to wear while on duty, have an annual TB skin test and pay annual dues. In addition, you are required to work your once a week four-hour commitment in your assigned service.After orientation each volunteer will be assigned to two four hours shifts at the Hospital Transport Team Desk..
