These individuals play an invaluable role in fulfilling our commitment to the community and our dedication to excellence. Auxiliary volunteers donate more than 63,000 hours per year, equating to a monetary value of roughly $630,000, and have pledged over $500,000 to contribute to the hospital over a 5-year period. . Application Process: Applications are available at the hospital's main information desk in the front lobby or in our Volunteer Services office on the 2nd floor. Applications may also be conveniently downloaded. Prospective volunteers are always welcomed to stop in at the Volunteer Services office to learn more about our programs. Application packages may also be submitted to our office via mail. Please return completed applications to: Flagler Hospital Auxiliary, 400 Health Park Blvd., St. Augustine, Florida 32086. After submitting an application, an interview time will be set up (usually the first Tuesday of each month). After that, new volunteers will attend an orientation session before starting training for their assigned service area.
