Volunteer opportunities are available at the main campus, Hospice, Thrift Shop, Boutique and Feather River Health Center. Volunteer opportunities may include patient interaction or provide support in offices or customer service (at our Gift Shop, Thrift Shop and Boutique). Volunteer Programs: Junior Volunteers; Adult Volunteers
Volunteer Placements/Services: Courtesy Desk; Emergency Department; Gift Shop; Meals on Wheels; Outpatient Surgery Center; Pet Partner Volunteer; Cancer Center; Courtesy Cart; Joint Replacement Center
Application Process: 1. Complete a Volunteer Application. 2. Upon receipt of the application, references will be checked and a background check will be performed by the Volunteer Services Office. 3. An interview will be scheduled by the Director. 4. Upon a successful interview, new volunteers complete two Tuberculosis tests (done free of charge through Feather River Hospital Employee Health).
