Volunteer Placements/Services: Ambassador; Arts in Healthcare; Blood Donor Center; Breast Center; Business Office; Cape Uniforms & More; Coral Tree Gift Shop; Child Development Center; Clerical Support; Central Supply Courier; Central Transport; Day Surgery; Emergency Department; Floor Service Volunteers; Folkswagon Drivers; Food & Nutrition Service; Heart Central; Information Desks; Medical Library; Mail Room; Outpatient Lab; Patient Recreation; Pet Therapy; Popcorn Popper; Sterile Processing; Wellness Center
Application Process: In order to qualify for the program, volunteers must: commit to six consecutive months from the date of orientation; complete a Volunteer Application; attend a three-hour orientation, held monthly at Cape Coral Hospital; work a minimum of four hours, once a week; complete a two-step Tuberculosis (TB) Test after orientation in one of our Employee Health offices; purchase a uniform shirt.
